Northeast Arkansas Regional Recovery Center Is Experienced In Providing Treatment Services For Many Substance Use Disorders, Including: Marijuana Addiction, Methamphetamine Addiction, Cocaine Addiction, Crack-Cocaine Addiction, Opiate Addiction, Heroin Addiction, Benzodiazepine Addiction, Inhalant Addiction, Alcoholism, And More.

Chemical dependency is a chronic illness that is harmful to the mind, body, and spirit, as well as a condition that causes harm to those closest to the individual who is abusing drugs or alcohol. Substance abuse problems, whether in the form of drug addiction or alcoholism, interfere with every area of an individual’s life.

The Northeast Arkansas Regional Recovery Center (NEARRC) is a substance abuse treatment facility for individuals who are struggling with substance abuse issues. NEARRC is an established, evidence based drug and alcohol rehab located in Jonesboro, Arkansas and is both state-licensed and CARF accredited. NEARRC provides structure and programs that are aimed at enhancing the recovery process and for teaching the client better ways of living without drugs or alcohol to achieve sobriety. Although the ultimate decision to succeed or fail rests with each client in treatment, the opportunity to demonstrate workable problem solving techniques is the responsibility of the staff.

Our program provides inpatient and outpatient drug and alcohol treatment services for both adult males and females and outpatient services for adolescent males and females. NEARRC utilizes the strength of a diverse and talented group of highly trained and compassionate certified/licensed professionals in order to provide client treatment services. There are a variety of funding options available to cover the cost of treatment services at NEARRC. Health insurance providers such as BlueCross BlueShield, United Healthcare, QualChoice, and Humana are able to be billed for all modalities of treatment. Self-pay treatment services are also available.

Substance Abuse Treatment

Residential Treatment

The residential substance abuse treatment component was designed for those persons needing a live-in setting / environment. Residential drug and alcohol treatment services are provided seven (7) days a week, twenty-four (24) hours a day. Northeast Arkansas Regional Recovery Center provides individual, group counselling/lectures, and family counselling is offered, as part of our residential treatment program. Upon completion of inpatient drug and alcohol treatment, persons served are encouraged to continue in aftercare utilizing the outpatient treatment component. Referrals to other agencies will be made when necessary. Placement criteria for the residential treatment component as determined by professional evaluation and a standardized screening / assessment tool which includes, but is not limited to: cannot function in society at this time and needs live-in substance abuse treatment setting, alcohol / drug use, amount of alcohol / drugs used, routes of administration, and referrals based on the requirements of the legal / judicial system.

Partial Day Treatment
Intensive Outpatient Treatment (IOP)

The IOP and partial day treatment components were designed for those persons needing more than standard outpatient treatment, but less than the services provided by the residential treatment or partial hospitalization components. These treatment programs are individually tailored to satisfy specific individualized needs. Partial day treatment and IOP are offered Monday through Friday and with options to present three (3) to five (5) days per week with four (4) to five (5) hours of group therapy and/or lectures daily. Family substance abuse counseling / education sessions are offered by appointment, and individual sessions are held once weekly or as needed. Upon completion of these treatment programs, persons served are encouraged to continue in aftercare utilizing the traditional Outpatient Treatment modality.

Out Patient Treatment

The outpatient treatment program was designed for those persons needing lesser assistance to function than the individual entering into the residential treatment setting and not requiring a live-in setting / environment. The outpatient treatment component is individually tailored to satisfy specific person served needs. Outpatient treatment services are provided five (5) days a week, Monday through Friday, with flexible counselling hours to meet the schedules of the person served who is employed or who may have other special scheduling needs. Northeast Arkansas Regional Recovery Center provides individual and group services and offers family counselling as part of our outpatient treatment program.

Women’s Chemical Free Living Center

The Women’s Chemical Free Living Center is a transitional house in Jonesboro, Arkansas. Chemical Free Living Center services are designed for those individuals who have successfully completed a residential treatment setting, but are in need of continued structured living assistance in a sober living environment. The Chemical Free Living Center services allow an individual the transition into a new and rewarding lifestyle. The maximum length of stay in the Chemical Free Living Center is six (6) months. Extensions are granted on a case by case basis.

Men’s Chemical Free Living Center

The Men’s Chemical Free Living Center is a transitional house in Jonesboro, Arkansas. Chemical Free Living Center services are designed for those individuals who have successfully completed a residential treatment setting, but are in need of continued structured living assistance in a sober living environment. The Chemical Free Living Center services allow an individual the transition into a new and rewarding lifestyle. The maximum length of stay in the Chemical Free Living Center is six (6) months. Extensions are granted on a case by case basis.
