Safe and affordable housing is essential to building healthy families and communities. CRDC’s Housing Program plays a leading role in advocating for, developing, and managing affordable housing for low- and moderate income families and individuals in our region.

CRDC is a locally-designated Certified Housing Development Organization (CHDO). We strive to make housing more affordable for low and moderate families and individuals by developing rental properties Bono, Jonesboro, Newport, Diaz, Tyronza, Tuckerman, and Swifton. Some units are based on income and some units in Jonesboro are not based on income.

CRDC currently owns and manages 99 units of affordable housing. Our rental units include one and two bedroom apartments.
